The topic of P.E.C.A. 4 is the heart region of a person. The heart is the portal of Love, although, until this pure energy is activated in the heart, its area stays in darkness, in bad and heavy vibrations. It is connected to fear, sorrow, hatred, judgment and condemnation, feelings of guilt, shame, pride, prejudice etc. All of the mentioned vibrations keep the heart level and the astral body in darkness. It is important to be aware of this and to bring more light into this darkness by doing the technique of observing these feelings and confronting them, which enables an easier, lighter and more comfortable living.
When more of the purer and lighter vibrations manifest in the heart area, the human heart automatically becomes purer and more virtuous. This process goes on until there is only one vibration left in the heart – that is the energy of pure Love. It is the energy of acceptance. Such a heart is capable of accepting its fiercest enemy or a really difficult situation, as is the passing of our loved ones, with love and awareness that it is the right way to be and that we cannot swim against the flow of life. When we practice acceptance of everything in a loving and respectful way, the human heart becomes more and more virtuous. Life itself is a »workshop« offering us this possibility in our daily lives.
The program will offer you practical exercises, experiences and knowledge of how to traverse the dark vibrations of fear, sorrow etc., and enable yourselves a more peaceful and loving voyage through life. We will also raise our awareness about what is selfishness and what is Love.
