The P.E.C.A. energy shirt is connected to the heart energy vortex or chakra and to the complementary smaller energy vortex on the back between both shoulder blades.

When properly energised, the frontal heart energy vortex informs the entire vascular system and supplies energy to the thymus hormonal gland, the heart muscle, blood and to the vagus nerve, which controls a large portion of structures in the chest and abdomen. The posterior spinal energy vortex supplies energy to the web of nerves between the shoulder blades from where impulses are sent towards the lower or upper parts of the body. A person, whose energy is flowing fully through both of these centres, will establish healthy relationships and attitudes towards other people, animals or plants. The shirt, made from cotton, has a P.E.C.A. symbol woven in the chest area, which helps mend the structure of the heart energy vortex as well as the posterior spinal energy vortex.

The undershirt, made from bamboo, has several smaller P.E.C.A. symbols woven across its entire surface, which create several vortical electromagnetic fields and mend, both the main heart and solar plexus vortex, as well as the energy structure of auxiliary energy vortexes on the breastbone, breasts, and at the junctions of the ribs and the collarbones. Their basic purpose is to inform the electromagnetic field of the area where the blood is formed in the flat breastbone. They also mend the solar plexus energy vortex in the abdomen which supplies the pancreas and the lower back, or kidney area of the spine, with energy.
