CHRISTMAS - NEW YEAR'S MEDITATION 2023

Dear P.E.C.A. friends!

It is that time of the year and we have prepared a special program for the Christmas – New Year meditation on 21.12.2023 at 6 p.m., with this year's theme being Detachment. The P.E.C.A. method students have taken a comprehensive look into the concept of detachment and uncovered patterns common to us all, which keep us trapped in bondage, emotional trauma and in life-long roles of victims and aggressors: attachment to parents, partners and children, attachment to our ego and its wishes, to sorrow and other ailments of heart, as well as to spaces we call our home. We have prepared an entertaining, humorous and varied program, which is not only deeply relaxing but also healing for each individual, as it guides us inward, into experiencing ourselves with inner senses, discovering ourselves and towards personal growth. Especially in these times, we can see how important and necessary it is to be at peace with yourself, to be stable and unattached to the outer world – which makes the theme relevant and suitable for anyone.

All are welcome to join the event, where we meet in the spirit of P.E.C.A. values, represented in poems, stories, paintings and music, right before Christmas and New Year. Also, your friends, acquaintances, relatives, anyone close to you, can join the event.

P.E.C.A.® calendar 2024

From Tuesday 12.12.2023 onwards we will have the calendar for year 2024 available. This year as well, it will be enriched with special thoughts, with messages as guidance through each month. On the back side there will be space intended for writing down your own thoughts and observations. This year's motifs derive from colorful images inspired by lightness and liveliness of nature.

The calendar is appropriate also as a gift to all your loved ones. You can order it at www.pecastory.com . You can come and pick it up in our store or we can send it to you.
