You are warmly welcome to the first level of the P.E.C.A. program, which is P.E.C.A. 1 on 15th and 16th of April 2023.

P.E.C.A. program has seven levels. On each level it teaches you what basic laws of respect towards ourselves we need to observe in order to reach deeper inner peace and connect with the purest energy in ourselves. It has an immeasurable value, especially in these times.

The first level of P.E.C.A. program takes us into profound realizations about what it really means to respect our body. The times we live in are so full of information and toxic energies that the majority of people feel severe burnout, emptiness and exhaustion that many cannot overcome even with excessive resting. We will also take a look into the basic laws of what it means to respect your body and what the right attitude towards your body is in order to find peace in this body and raise the level of its energy. This enables the cells to breathe with more vitality and to restore their balance. A lot of people don't know that the toxic vibrations from our environment – spraying the sky, toxic waters and food, and also vibrations and radiation of 5G antennas – cause acidity of fluids between cells, which results in severe exhaustion. We will learn how to help the body reach a more alkaline state, how to offer it more oxygen, and cleanse it of vibrations that weigh our body down into tiredness and apathy. This knowledge in these times presents an exceptional welfare for everyone as it enables an insight in how to overcome burnout and powerlessness.

P.E.C.A. 1 is also the basic step for each individual who is seeking deeper connection with themselves and peace in their mind. It is of essential meaning to all who wish to learn to meditate and with doing so step into deeper connection with inner peace, strength, wisdom, Love and creativity that dwells inside.

With practical work, on Saturday as well as on Sunday, we will transform certain toxicity into pure Light, which alone will already help you step out of heavy feelings and powerlessness.

P.E.C.A. program does not represent any kind of religion or organization. It is intended for individuals who sincerely seek the path of connecting with the inner self. By doing so, such individuals come to know natural laws that serve them on seven levels of their being and enable an easier living on this planet. With such knowledge the inner path is peaceful and safe.

Alenka Rupert – Aruna, the host of the program, is a disciple of spiritual Masters with classic knowledge, which enables an individual to mature gradually, up to a point until the seeker becomes a Master of their own senses, mind, and with that also life itself.
