The organic juices are a concentrate of essential nutrients and enzymes that are vitally important to a healthy metabolism and food digestion. We therefore consume them differently to regular juices. We drink the juice 15 to 30 minutes prior to each meal thus helping the digestive system to better dissolve and assimilate food into the body.
